A study says moderate exercise several times a week is one of the best ways to keep your brain in good working order. Australian researchers say combining aerobic activities is most effective. Exercise is good for our bodies and makes our bodies healthy. Exercise is also good for our brain, it can make your brain work well. If you keep your brain working well and healthy, it means that older people will have less chance of developing diseases of the brain. Memory loss will less happen and the condition called "dementia" will happen less if you take exercise as you get older.
